Renovator

Renovator Turbo is a no rinse stripper that leaves the floor ready for recoating with polish.

DIRECTIONS
On lino, test first for colour fastness. Do not use on unsealed wood or painted surfaces. Dilute 1:5 with cold water. Stronger concentrations of up to 1:3 may be needed for floors with a heavy polish build up. Spread solution evenly over floor with suitable applicator. Leave for 5 minutes, break up softened polish by agitation leave further 5 minutes – do not allow to dry out. Remove slurry with applicator or wet pickup machine. Damp mop to remove any residues and leave floor dry. For spray stripping dilute 1:20 spray and scrub with stripping grade pad. If Renovator Turbo is to be used in a machine scrubbing operation dilute 1:10. Protect the prepared floor with a polish of your choice.

Floor Seal

ISS007 Floor Seal is a water based semi-permanent seal for most porous and worn floors, for improved durability and greater gloss. Use on worn vinyl, linoleum, rubber, marble, terrazzo etc. Not suitable for wood or cork floors.

DIRECTIONS
Before sealing all floors should be stripped using ISS005 Renovator Turbo following the instructions on the container. Allow the stripped floor to thoroughly dry. Apply an even coat of ISS007 Floor Seal using either a clean mop or polish applied. Allow to thoroughly dry (typically 30minutes) before applying a second coat in the same manner. Allow to completely dry. It is essential to protect the sealed floor with an emulsion polish. Failure to do so will result in poor appearance and durability. The use of ISS004 Renovator will remove the polish without affecting the seal. If removal of both the seal and polish is required then use ISS005 Renovator Turbo.

Natural Look

Sanitizer

A concentrated bactericidal sanitiser and deodoriser, specially formulated for use on multiple surfaces. Sanitizer can be used for direct spray treatment and is effective against a wide range of harmful organisms including bacteria and viruses.

DIRECTIONS
Surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned before application. Sanitizer solutions should always be freshly prepared. Do not mix Sanitizer with other detergents. Direct spray treatment: Dilute 30ml Sanitizer per litre of water (1 to 33) and apply by spray applicator directly onto affected areas. Allow 5 minutes contact time, then rinse. For gross contamination, dilute 60ml Sanitizer per litre of water (1 to 15) and allow 15 minutes contact time before rinsing. Heavily soiled surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned before treatment. Sanitizer should be rinsed after direct spray treatment.
