A delicate blend of biodegradable surfactants, optical brighteners and deodorisers, formulated for general use in hot water extraction cleaning of upholstery fabrics. Fabric Cleaner is safe for use on most wet cleanable colourfast fabrics.

DIRECTIONS
Portable machines: Dilute 15ml of B145 per litre of warm to hot water (1 to 65) in the machine solution tank.
Truck-mount units: Mix 1 litre of B145 with 4 Litres of water (1 to 4) to make metering concentrate. Set flow meter at 2 to 4 GPH (1:100)
Always pretest fabric in an inconspicuous area with ready-to-use solution, for colour fastness and possible colour or texture change before proceeding.

A solvent based, chlorine free, fluorochemical upholstery fabric protector and stain repellent designed to impart oil, water, soil and stain resistance to water sensitive fine upholstery fabrics.

DIRECTIONS
Fabric to be treated should be clean and dry. Previously wet cleaned fabric must be extraction rinsed, towelled and as dry as possible before application. Fabric Seal may be applied directly after dry cleaning processes. Always pre-test fabric for colour fastness and texture change in an inconspicuous area before proceeding.

A concentrated water soluble odour neutraliser and air conditioner effective against a broad range of odour problems including smoke and fire residue. Fresh can be added to carpet, fabric and hard surface cleaning solutions or diluted with water and applied by sprayer or fogging unit.

DIRECTIONS
Carpets and fabrics: Add 10 to 20ml A222 per litre of ready-to-use cleaning solution.
General cleaning applications: Mix 20 to 50ml A222 per litre of warm water for cleaning and washing down walls and hard surfaces.
Smoke odour removal fogging application: Mix 100ml A222 per litre of warm water and apply for 15 minutes per 10m2 of floor area by fogger to sealed room. Leave area sealed for 24 hours then fresh air ventilate with exhaust fans. Always cover, protect or remove water sensitive furnishings and other items when spraying or fogging.
